Job summary

GrabTaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Marketing Analytics professional to work on-site in Petaling Jaya with the Country & Marketing Analytics team. You will translate user behavior into insights and craft data-driven recommendations to shape regional marketing programs.

You will apply advanced analytics, build intuitive dashboards, and collaborate with Growth teams to accelerate decision-making and improve program outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of analytical experience and understanding of business.
• Expert in data storytelling and creating dashboards.
• Fluent in SQL, Python or similar languages; comfortable with large datasets and ETL.

Get to Know the Role

Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager - Regional Marketing, you will partner with Regional Marketing and Growth teams to develop regional strategies that expand our user base and deepen user engagement. You will translate user behaviour patterns into relevant insights that inform strategic programs. While applying advanced analytics and techniques, you will create consumer intelligence. You will also refine processes and amplify productivity across the analytics function and broader partner ecosystem.

You will work onsite from our office in in Petaling Jaya.

What Essential Skills You Will Need:

• You have at least 4 years of analytical experience and an understanding of business
• You canhelp narrow down multiple options into the best approach, and take ownership of open-ended ambiguous business problems. Propose novel solutions that go beyond common practice
• Help guide decisions across teams and senior partners.
• You are an expert in data storytelling, and can create intuitive and impactful dashboards
• You are fluent in SQL, Python, or other scripting/programming languages, and you are comfortable with large datasets and ETL processes.
• An AI-first mindset: curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, automation, and AI-powered workflows to enhance analytics and decision-making.
