Responsibilities

• Automate/standardise/deliver dashboards, reporting, analytics and strategic insights to drive business outcomes
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to support decisions
• Aggregate data from multiple sources and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate evaluation, scope and cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• Identify issues and propose process improvements with stakeholders
• Perform data integrity tasks and establish ownership of accounts and contacts
• Support data governance initiatives
• Drive best-practice for data maintenance and integrity
• Handle incidental duties as needed

How you will make an impact:

• Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions
• Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope, execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• Identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives
• Drive best-practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance & integrity
• Other incidental duties

What you’ll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• 3+ years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.)
• Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
• Knowledge of database, data warehousing or data sciences
• Experience in documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak to varying levels across the organization
• Good computer skills including related tools and systems
• Solid knowledge and understanding with BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications
• Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
