Job summary

StashAway is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead the BI team, own the backlog, and partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance. You will drive AI-native analytics adoption, define high-value analyses, and build reusable AI assets while ensuring rigor and trust in analyses.

You will manage a team of analysts, mentor their growth, and set standards for data modelling and semantic layers.

Qualifications

Directly managed analysts or data professionals as their people manager.
Track record mentoring analysts at different levels with measurable growth.
Ability to drive team outcomes by owning a backlog and delivering to stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder leadership with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
Built repeatable AI assets (prompts, agents, pipelines) adopted by teams and validated analyses before stakeholders.
Hands-on SQL and data-modelling depth, including semantic layers and agentic analytics workflows.
Genuine interest in investing, personal finance, or fintech, with domain curiosity.

Responsibilities

Own BI team's backlog and outcomes, translate business needs into prioritised work.
Mentor and develop career paths for team members.
Set quality bar for SQL, metrics, models, and analyses; maintain single source of truth.
Increase team autonomy; handle day-to-day delivery and prioritisation.
