Job summary

RBC is seeking a structured products professional to support data analysis for the Sales & Structuring Desk Head and to streamline pricing/execution workflows for FICC and Equity offerings.

The role focuses on structuring support with no client-facing activities, requiring fundamental derivatives knowledge and 3-4 years of related experience. Programming familiarity (Python/C++) and automation experience are welcomed assets.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of derivatives and options markets, including pricing and risk management.
• Deep knowledge of at least one market segment: Structured Rates, FX, Commodities, Credit, Equity, or Quantitative Investment Strategies.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
• 3-4 years of related working experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal RBC teams to collate and prepare data analysis for Sales & Structuring Desk Head for management review.
• Streamline the workflow on the pricing and execution of structured products for FICC and Equity offerings.
• Provide structuring support only, with no client-facing activities.
