RHB Investment Banking is seeking a Senior Specialist to manage regulatory processes for structured products and OTC derivatives. You will work with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Trading teams to ensure regulatory alignment, efficient execution, and ongoing process enhancements in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will oversee regulatory submissions, support growth in structured warrants issuance, and guide junior team members to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in treasury, derivatives, structured products, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and product governance in financial markets.
• Experience in structured warrants, OTC derivatives, or related product solutions is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability and risk awareness.

Aufgaben

• Ensure full compliance with Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management requirements across all product activities.
• Manage and execute regulatory submissions and documentation for structured warrants, OTC derivatives, and new product initiatives.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal governance standards.
• Drive enhancement and optimization of business process flows in line with policy or regulatory changes.
• Support growth in structured warrants issuance and OTC derivatives business activities.
• Structure and execute over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives transactions.
• Monitor and contribute to revenue generation from OTC and structured product activities.
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient execution.
