# Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant - EngineeringKuala Lumpur Full-time ID: LX-MDM-ENG## Job Description### Job SummaryWe are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant - Engineering to support the implementation, maintenance, and governance of engineering master data across enterprise systems. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality while supporting business operations and digital transformation initiatives.### Key Responsibilities**Master Data Management*** Create, update, and maintain engineering master data records.* Ensure consistency and accuracy of product, material, equipment, BOM (Bill of Materials), and technical data.* Validate and cleanse data to eliminate duplicates and inconsistencies.* Follow established data governance policies and standards.**Data Analysis & Quality*** Monitor data quality metrics and perform regular audits.* Identify data issues and recommend corrective actions.* Support data migration and mass data upload activities.* Prepare reports on data accuracy and completeness.**Collaboration*** Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and IT teams.**Compliance*** Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.* Follow security and confidentiality guidelines for enterprise data.### Required Qualifications**Education*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.**Experience*** Relevant experience in master data management, ERP systems, or data governance.
