Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Analyst to shape functional solutions by analyzing changes, capturing requirements as user stories, and delivering BRDs for small-scale projects. You will lead UI design considerations, write testing plans, and ensure delivery aligns with business needs.

The role involves documenting functional specs, supporting cross-team communication, and coordinating with IT and vendors to enable service delivery, with a focus on agile project environments.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-4 years BA working experience in Agile projects.
• Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios.
• Effective communication skills and presentation ability.
• Project management skills and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives.
• Designing the system's functional solution and providing its delivery cost.
• Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specifications, user stories and user manual, etc.
• Support communication within business parties and development team.
• Work with developers to support end user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with relevant ITteam and third-party vendors/ Users to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable service delivery.
• Lead user interface (UI) design and write testing plans to ensure system implementations meet business needs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to control and follow-up user requirement changes.

About the Role

According to the business changes and needs, provide a proper system functional solution by assessing and analyzing those changes, capture and document requirements as functional specification/user stories, support the communication and delivery of these requirements with relevant parties and conduct system briefing and user training while needed.
Produce BRD (business requirement document) for project at small scale, lead user interface (UI) design, write testing plan and conduct testing to ensure system implementation/ enhancement is meeting business needs. Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years BA working experience in Agile projects
• Conceptual awareness of industry/ business domain, relevant ITfunctional products and applications, etc.
• Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update
