Role Overview:

As an Analyst in Creador + team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and performance of our portfolio companies. You will work closely with management teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Company Support:

• Work directly with portfolio company management teams to identify and address strategic challenges.


• Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, financial performance, and market dynamics.


• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve profitability.


• Provide operational support, including process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.

2. Financial Analysis:

• Develop financial models and perform valuations to assess the financial performance of portfolio companies.


• Monitor key financial metrics and prepare regular performance reports.


• Conduct due diligence on potential add‑on acquisitions and divestitures.

3. Investor Relations:

• Prepare investor presentations and reports on portfolio company performance.


• Participate in investor calls and meetings to provide updates and address questions.
