Qualifications

• 6–9 years of relevant software development experience.
• AML (Anti-Money Laundering) projects/platforms experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead delivering AML projects end to end.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Unix Shell Scripting and Unix OS.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML projects end to end from requirements to production support.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Develop and maintain AML applications and components.
• Design and optimize SQL queries and Oracle DB processes.
• Develop Unix Shell Scripts for batch processing and automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and batch issues.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, QA, and infra teams.
• Mentor junior developers and review code.
