Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Senior Developer with 6–9 years of software development experience to provide technical leadership and deliver AML projects end to end. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Oracle, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting within Unix environments.

You will mentor junior developers and collaborate with analysts, QA, and infra teams to ensure high-quality AML solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of relevant software development experience.

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead delivering AML projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML projects end to end, covering requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain AML applications and related components.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and database processes using Oracle.
• Develop and maintain Unix Shell Scripts for batch processing, automation, and system operations.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, database, and batch-processing issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, QA, infrastructure, and other technical teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development and coding standards.
• Support application deployment, production releases, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
