Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in software development, with at least 2 years in senior/lead roles.
• Experience in banking/financial services, esp. compliance or payments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and design/impact analysis.
• Hands-on Unix/Linux shell scripting and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Java for defect resolution and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support AML, payment filtering, and watchlist solutions using Firco Continuity.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of FMF-related applications.
• Perform impact analysis and data mapping during design phase.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to finalize technical requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate with testing, infrastructure, and compliance teams for deployments.
