Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Senior Construction Manager – AI Data Center Infrastructure (Construction) to lead and oversee colocation-delivered construction in Johor, Malaysia. This role focuses on site execution, schedule certainty, quality outcomes, and readiness for commissioning and handover across high-density data center environments.

You will manage multi-trade contractors and vendors, integrating base building delivery with tenant fit-out and network readiness dependencies,

Qualifications

• Deep data center construction knowledge across civil, structural, architectural, MEP
• Lifecycle delivery experience from mobilization to turnover/handover
• Strong leadership under pressure with vendor accountability
• Risk assessment and mitigation in fast-paced projects

Responsibilities

• Lead site-based delivery of AI data center infrastructure including base building, MEP, white space readiness, containment, and enabling works.
• Oversee colocation provider execution to OCI standards with schedule and quality accountability.
• Drive short-interval planning, look-aheads, constraint removal, and recovery actions for critical dates.
• Assess delivery plans and progress to identify risks and communicate potential business impacts.
• Coordinate interfaces for tenant fit-out and network readiness; ensure readiness for commissioning and handover.
