Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead the site execution of mission-critical data center projects in Malaysia.

This senior role has end-to-end accountability for construction across base building, MEP, and life-safety systems, coordinating with project management, design, procurement, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery to OCI standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering data center, colocation, mission-critical, or comparable technical construction projects.
• Strong construction knowledge across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing systems.
• Proven experience managing projects from mobilization through construction, commissioning readiness, turnover, and handover.
• Strong understanding of high-density data center environments and interfaces with facility delivery, tenant fit-out, network deployment, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, colocation providers, consultants, and vendors in complex delivery environments.
• Strong schedule, risk, quality, and problem-solving capability, with confidence under pressure and ambiguity.
• Experience supporting change management, claims, variations, EOTs, cost tracking, and progress validation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide executive updates and drive decisions across stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day site execution for complex data center construction projects, including AI and high-density infrastructure.
• Oversee base building, MEP systems, white space readiness, containment, enabling works, and construction interfaces.
• Ensure construction aligns with approved design, standards, local requirements, and OCI expectations.
• Lead QA/QC execution, inspections, NCRs, punch lists, and turnover progress.
• Manage contractor performance, variations, and cost tracking; control changes and risks.
• Run site cadence, coordinate meetings, and provide executive-ready schedule/risk reports.
• Capture lessons learned to improve future delivery and mentor junior team members.
