Job summary

Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Aftersales Planning professional to help craft and execute annual and periodic Aftersales strategies. You will translate company objectives into measurable targets, analyze dealer performance, and provide data-driven insights to management.

In this role you will coordinate with Sales, Network, Parts, Warranty, and IT teams, support dealer network optimization, campaigns, and budgeting, and contribute to strategic projects that

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in automotive OEM, dealer operations,Aftersales, business planning, strategy or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Good project and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution discipline.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced OEM environment.
• Commercially aware and able to understand the relationship between customer experience, dealer performance and business results.

Responsibilities

• Support Aftersales strategy and annual/periodic business planning.
• Translate company objectives into measurable Aftersales targets and action plans.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, dashboards and management updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Network, Parts, Warranty, Technical, Finance and IT.
• Assist planning and optimization of the Aftersales dealer network based on throughput and demand.
• Develop campaign mechanisms, targets and dealer guidelines; monitor campaign performance and budget utilization.
• Support development and implementation of Aftersales policies, procedures and processes.
• Contribute to strategic projects and business cases for new Aftersales initiatives.
