You will develop connections with China-based and international clients, cross-sell wealth solutions, and ensure compliance with banking regulations while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Priority Banking, Premier Banking, Wealth Management or Affluent Relationship Management.
• Strong track record in sales, acquisition and portfolio management.
• Experience servicing China clients, Chinese nationals or international customers is advantageous.
• Mandarin speaking is required due to the client segment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent / priority banking clients.
• Develop relationships with China-based and international clients.
• Acquire new customers through referrals, networking and relationship development.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable banking and wealth solutions.
• Cross-sell products including deposits, investments, insurance, FX and other wealth solutions.
• Maintain strong service standards and deepen overall client relationships.
• Work closely with internal product and wealth teams to provide holistic solutions.
• Ensure all sales and advisory activities comply with banking and regulatory requirements.
