Arche Digital Sdn Bhd, part of AnyMind Group, is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Executive to own end-to-end affiliate programs and publisher networks. You will recruit high-potential partners, negotiate commissions, and scale GMV during major events, aiming to make each business borderless.

The role requires 3–5 years in affiliate marketing, strong negotiation and data fluency, and a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing affiliate marketing programs or publisher networks.
• Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships with top-tier creators and platforms.
• Strong command of Excel and affiliate tracking/analytics tools to evaluate channel performance.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates and publisher platforms.
• Configure affiliate SKUs, tracking links, and tiered commission structures; manage brand budgets.
• Partner with creative teams to supply assets for mega-sale events and live streams.
• Monitor channel performance (GMV, conversion rates, ROI) to diagnose underperforming partnerships and scale top performers.
• Oversee tracking integrity, fraud prevention, commission payouts, and link attribution across all campaigns.
