The Senior Advisor, Human Rights & Grievance Mechanism Specialist will lead strategic initiatives for the Social and Environmental Responsibility (SER) Team, ensuring our global manufacturing operations and supply chain adhere to emerging legal frameworks, particularly regarding continuous improvement of human rights due diligence and worker grievance programs across our global operations and supply chain.

You will be responsible for ensuring our global manufacturing operations and supply chain adhere to emerging legal frameworks, regarding continuous improvement of human rights due diligence and worker grievance. You will support various human rights initiatives across the team and help ensure workers and affected stakeholders have access to effective channels to raise concerns and seek remedy.
