Senior/ Admin Executive - Property Company - Puchong / 5 days

Overview of responsibilities and expectations for the role.

Responsibilities
  • Organize MCST/AGM logistics: compile agendas, ensure proper record keeping of statutory documents.
  • Provide administrative support for ad hoc enquiries, complaints or escalations.
  • Act as first escalation for HQ‑level resident enquiries / feedback; coordinate resolution via site teams or providers.
  • Track statutory obligations: fire safety, lift inspections, pest control, etc. ensure certificates are valid.
  • Provide status updates to Admin Manager and Portfolio Manager monthly.
  • Assist in internal corporate initiatives: digitalization of strata records, STRISystems rollouts etc.
  • Coordinate between portfolio operations teams and data‑submissions with legal/compliance or IT departments.
  • Provide general admin assistance to HQ (phone support, service recovery, ad‑hoc tasks assigned by managers / director).
  • Occasionally support walk‑in/resident escalations at head office, as needed.
Requirements
  • Must have SPM with good grade in English with at least 4 years of relevant experience
