Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting knowledge required.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and controls.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoice management: optimize processing accuracy and efficiency.
• Query resolution: handle complex invoice/PO discrepancies with internal teams.
• Stakeholder management: lead end-to-end AP communications with internal/external partners.
• Collaborative support: mentor teammates and share AP best practices.
• Innovative project leadership: identify improvements and drive projects to completion.
• Team leadership: back up AP Supervisor and ensure continuity.
• Month-end closing: support accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Payments to suppliers: process timely and accurate payments.
