Job summary

Zebra Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Senior to oversee the AP function, drive month-end closings, and manage vendor relationships. You will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.

The role focuses on delivering accurate financial reporting, resolving supplier inquiries, and ensuring timely, compliant payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience leading month-end close and AP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing activities and manage accruals and reconciliations.
• Resolve complex vendor and invoice queries and disputes.
• Own end-to-end AP processes and maintain supplier relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Lead process improvements and drive efficiency across AP operations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments.
• Provide strategic insights to optimize accounts payable workflows.
