Job summary

WCT Land is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the property development companies' accounting and finance functions. You will lead the accounts team, manage closing and reporting, and analyze financial performance to support budgeting and consolidation.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. You will liaise with auditors and other advisers to ensure compliance with standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5–8 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in property development.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and guide the Accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
• Oversee accuracy and timeliness of records, management accounts, and closing.
• Review financial performance, variances, and provide management recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and analysis.
• Manage group consolidation and project-related accounting matters.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and secretaries; coordinate audits.
• Ensure compliance with standards, statutory/tax requirements and internal controls.
• Support management on financial projects and risk identification.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
