Job summary

You will supervise accounting staff, manage month-end and year-end close, coordinate with auditors, and produce timely financial reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or diploma is required.
• 5+ years in accounting management within similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting standards.
• Proficient with accounting software and ERP; advanced Excel.
• Experience in AP/AR management.
• Leads and develops a team.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and provide guidance.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure tax compliance, audits, and policies.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide documentation.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights to management.
• Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and controls.
