Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage client accounts and deliver full sets of accounts, financial reporting, GST, and tax matters. The role includes guiding interns, supporting cloud accounting implementations (Xero and QBO), and contributing to consultancy projects.

The ideal candidate holds an Accountancy degree and has 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of full-set accounts and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in preparing full sets of accounts with knowledge of financial reporting, GST and tax.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of accounting and corporate services.
• Handle full sets of accounts, financial reporting, GST, tax and payroll matters.
• Prepare financial statements and respond to clients' accounting and audit queries.
• Review interns' work and provide guidance on accounting tasks and problem-solving.
• Support cloud accounting system implementation and integration (Xero, QBO, POS, inventory, payroll and OCR solutions).
• Assist with business/investment consultancy projects and business development activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
