Job summary

Pan Malaysia Electro Plating Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage the full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports. You will handle AR/AP and GL data entry, and oversee monthly payroll.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Accounts Executive.
• Able to manage a Full Set Account.
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and regulations.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a full set of accounts and monthly financial and management reports for the company.
• Handle data entry and day to day accounting functions in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable and the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly payroll.
• Handle the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance process for the company.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, banker, lawyer, etc.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or administrative tasks assigned by management from time to time.
