Job summary

BEESICAPITAL SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Account Executive cum Payroll to join our team. You will manage daily accounting activities and payroll processing to ensure accurate financial records.

Responsibilities include full set of accounts, month-end/year-end closings, regulatory reporting, GL/AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and statutory contributions. Recruitment and onboarding duties may also be involved.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, payroll experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processes.
• Familiar with Malaysian statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle confidential payroll and financial information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the full set of accounts for the designated entities.
• Independently perform month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Prepare and submit relevant regulatory reports.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation functions.
• Manage payment processing, including online banking transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents for auditors, tax agents, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Administer and process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Manage monthly submissions and payments to KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, and LHDN for PCB deductions.
• Manage recruitment, posting vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Onboard new employees and maintain complete, organized personnel records.
