Job summary

MKH Berhad is seeking a finance professional to lead budgeting, tax estimates, and preparation of annual financial statements for audit in Malaysia. The role involves managing accounts for a property development/construction business and ensuring accurate inter-company balances and inventory costing.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Professional Degree in Accountancy, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with strong analytical skills.

• Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in managing accounts in property developer or in construction industry would have great advantage.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and to work independently.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budget and CP204/CP204A tax estimates.
• Prepare annual financial statements for audit.
• Highlight unusual and long outstanding items and issues (incl. AR & AP).
• PPE register, inventory costing.
• Inter-co balances/transactions reconciliation.
• Prepare audit confirmation for AP.
• Liaise with Tax division for filing (including Landowners).
• Management account filing.

Job description

All external reporting ie. Borang 7F, notice of claim submission of AFS to MOH, purchasers’ listing.

Export setting for front end system.

Create allocation code by phases.

Prepare annual budget.

Prepare CP204/CP204A tax estimate.

Draft annual financial statements for audit.

Highlight unusual and long outstanding items and issues (incl. AR & AP).

PPE register, inventory costing.

Inter-co balances/transactions reconciliation.

Prepare audit confirmation for AP.

Liaise with Tax division for filing (including Landowners).

Management account filing.

Requirements:-
