Job summary

BE International Marketing Sdn. Bhd. seeks an accounting professional to manage IBO matters, receivables and payables, and general ledger postings. The role requires coordinating with customers, bankers, tax agents and auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial processing.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely tax submissions, invoicing, cash flow projections, month-end closings, and accurate reconciliations. A degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, LCCI or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Min 1–2 years of related working experience.
• Good accounting knowledge in payable and receivable, inventory related, and other accounting related knowledge will be added advantages.
• Team player and able to cope with a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and data entry and general math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and analyze IBO matters, accounts receivable and general ledger transactions.
• Ensure IBO transactions are processed timely within cut-off deadlines.
• Ensure monthly submission to tax authorities for withholding tax of IBO income.
• Ensure invoicing for goods or payments on behalf of related companies is done timely.
• Ensure all collections from IBOs, BCKP or Related Companies are properly done.
• Coordinate with external parties including auditors and tax agents for statutory compliance.
• Develop and strengthen internal financial reporting and control processes.
