We seek a candidate with 3–5 years post-qualification experience, a strong grasp of GAAP/IFRS, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel. This on-site position offers growth within a collaborative finance function and exposure to regulatory-compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA qualification desirable for career progression.
• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel required.
• Knowledge of GAAP or IFRS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes with timely processing and reconciliations.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage general ledger entries and classify transactions correctly.
• Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end closing procedures.
• Support preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed accounting records and documentation per company policy.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve issues.
• Monitor compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior accounting staff and improve internal controls.
