Qualifications

• Oversee full-set accounting, including AP, AR, and GL, with timely month-end and year-end closings.

• Financial Management:Oversee full-set accounting, including AP, AR, and GL, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Audit & Compliance:Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and internal accounting standards.
• Process Optimization:Proactively identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined accounting workflows to adapt to our dynamic, fast-paced business operations.
• Financial Analysis:Prepare variance analysis, cash flow projections, and comprehensive management reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Leadership Track:Take full ownership of complex financial projects and aggressively drive results as part of your development toward a management-level position.

Requirements

• Experience:3–5+ years of solid, hands-on experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting.
• Candidate Profile:Highly driven, proactive, and "aggressive" in achieving goals. Must possess full commitment and a strong desire to be groomed for a leadership role.
• Adaptability:Proven ability to thrive, prioritize, and adapt quickly in a high-pressure, fast-paced working environment.
• Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with modern accounting software or ERP systems.
