Intuitive is seeking a Senior Accountant for the Penang, Malaysia site to manage all accounting activities and ensure compliance with US-GAAP and local Malaysian requirements.

You will collaborate with manufacturing leadership and central finance, forecast cash, and prepare monthly reports. The role demands strong English and Malay communication, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in SAP FI and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education, ideally as accountant or academic degree with financial and accounting focus.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• US-GAAP and Malaysian local accounting knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English & Malay.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP FI.
• Analytical mindset and proactive independence.

Responsabilités

• Manage all accounting activities in collaboration with our external accounting provider.
• Work with local manufacturing leadership and central finance to ramp up the plant.
• Forecast cash for the Malaysia legal entity.
• Prepare monthly reporting according to US-GAAP.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Coordinate annual statutory financial statements under Malaysian law.
• Support taxation reporting and liaise with external auditors.
