Job summary

OLIVER-based in Malaysia is seeking an Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), oversee cash flow, weekly forecasts, and support intercompany reconciliations, audits and tax processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 3–4 years of experience in multinational settings, and strong Excel and NetSuite skills. You will work independently within The Brandtech Group’s global finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–4 years of financial experience, preferably in multinational corporations.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Excel; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP and AR processes and vendor/customer inquiries.
• Manage cash flow monitoring and weekly forecasting.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and assist audits and tax filings.
• Support month-end closing, management reporting, and financial analyses.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with statutory and regulatory compliance.
