Job summary

PUBLIC CRANE HEAVY EQUIPMENT Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified accountant to manage full sets of accounts with accuracy and compliance. The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance, and proficiency in Autocount and MS Office.

You will liaise with suppliers, customers and auditors to ensure proper documentation. You will work at Telok Gong, Port Klang in a dynamic environment with growth opportunities, competitive benefits and exposure to

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in accounting; capable of working independently or in a team.
• Proficiency with Autocount and MS Office is essential.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; Mandarin fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and bank reconciliation.
• Process invoices and monthly statutory payments with accuracy.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and auditors on financial documentation.
• Assist with SST tax computations and regulatory compliance.
• And other tasks as assigned by the HOD.

Responsibility

• Manage accounts : Handle full sets of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

• Process financial transactions : Efficiently process invoices, payments including monthly statutory payments, maintaining smooth financial operations.

• Liaise with stakeholders : Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and auditors including all external and internal stakeholders regarding financial documentation, including account receivable.

• Assist with tax and compliance : Support tax computations (SST), audits and ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations.

• And any other task as delegated from the HOD for the growth of the Company.
