The successful candidate may be appointed as Senior Accounts Executive or Assistant Finance Manager, depending on experience, technical competency, and leadership capability. You will handle full sets of accounts, perform month-end closing, and assist in budgeting, forecasting while liaising with auditors and tax agents.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Senior Accounts Executive: 2–3 years accounting experience.
• Assistant Finance Manager: 4–5 years in similar role; audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review full sets of accounts, including AP and AR.
• Perform and monitor daily sales reconciliation and month-end closing.
• Prepare and submit SST/GST returns.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents and assist in financial statements.
• Provide day-to-day finance support to operational teams in outlets.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Assist in Group consolidation, budget and forecast, where required.
• Coordinate month-end closing and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Assist the Finance Manager/CFO in budgeting, forecasting and other finance matters.

Job Responsibilities

Handle and review full sets of accounts, including AP and AR.

Perform and monitor daily sales reconciliation and month‑end closing.

Prepare and submit SST/GST returns.

Liaise with auditors and tax agents and assist in financial statements and corporate tax matters.

Provide day‑to‑day finance support to operational teams in outlets.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.

Assist in Group consolidation, budget and forecast, where required.

Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Coordinate month‑end closing and ensure reporting deadlines are met.

Assist the Finance Manager/CFO in budgeting, forecasting and other finance matters.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Senior Accounts Executive: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Assistant Finance Manager: Preferably 4–5 years of relevant experience in similar role.

Prior audit experience and F&B/retail business would be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting software.

Familiar with financial reporting, regulatory and tax matters.

Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication skills (Mandarin and English) and a positive team player. We are looking for Mandarin‑speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin‑speaking customers.

Candidates with stronger experience in reviewing accounts and guiding team members may be considered for the Assistant Finance Manager position.
