Agensi Pekerjaan GMRecruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the critical environment and 24x7 engineering teams in Malaysia. The role focuses on ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant data center infrastructure operations that meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.

You will lead maintenance, change control, and governance for critical systems, while coordinating with stakeholders and on-site teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) and English.
8–10 years of managerial experience overseeing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Lead operations, maintenance, and modifications of critical environment systems.
Manage command center operations, ensuring professionalism and adherence to SLAs.
Implement change control processes and develop SOPs/EOPs for critical systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory laws, certifications, and safety standards.
Develop annual maintenance and capital plans, communicate with stakeholders, and submit timely reports to customers.
Train and qualify vendors for critical environment work.
Manage site engineering teams, identify training needs, and ensure flawless execution of work activities.
Operate during emergencies, be on-call 24x7
