Job summary

Chipbond Technology Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Warehouse Officer to manage stock, receive wafers and raw materials, and coordinate dispatches. You will maintain accurate inventory records and ensure orderly, safe warehouse operations with 6S practices.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field, 2+ years in a warehouse role in semiconductor/manufacturing/EMS, Mandarin and English proficiency, and forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as Warehouse Officer in semiconductor/manufacturing/EMS.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse management and 6S to ensure safety and clear operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Receive wafer/raw materials and dispatch, organize and transport materials.
• Manage shipping-related process operations.
