Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Malaysia seeks a Diploma holder in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline to support testing and qualification activities. The role requires willingness to work shifts and proficient English communication.

The candidate will perform product testing, qualification, and failure analysis to support new product introductions and customer requirements, and assist with debugging using diagnostic tools and test setups.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Willing to work shift.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing, qualification, and failure analysis to support new product introductions, engineering evaluations, and customer requirements.
• Execute engineering qualification plans including RMA investigations, assembly qualifications, production sampling, and product validation activities.
• Support system-level debugging using diagnostic software, bus analyzers, and engineering test tools.
• Build, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot engineering test fixtures and qualification setups.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive timely issue closure.
