Job summary

Evergrand Electronic Scientific Technology Sdn Bhd – Kulim, Kedah is seeking a Site Safety Officer to lead EHS programs on construction and semiconductor/cleanroom sites. You will enforce safety rules, develop SWMS, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain compliance with Malaysian regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of site safety work, holds the SSS Yellow Book, and can communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on site safety experience in construction, M&E, or semiconductor environments.
• Must hold Malaysia-recognized safety qualification: SSS Yellow Book (DOSH).
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, USECHH 2000 and CIDB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce EHS policies and safety management systems across active sites.
• Prepare SWMS, Emergency Plans, HIRARC, and other statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, USECHH 2000, DOSH and CIDB.
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, inductions, and PPE control.
