Job summary

Bosch Malaysia seeks a data analytics and planning expert to act as the local lead for master data governance and analytics across semiconductor planning networks. You will collaborate with business, IT, and external providers to drive development, stabilization, and continuous improvement of planning IT solutions, leveraging Power BI and SQL tools.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a strong background in data analytics, and solid knowledge of SAP planning contexts, with English

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT or a comparable qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in data analytics and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning master-data quality and governance.
Act as technical lead for analytics and data solutions (Power BI, SQL, KNIME).
Maintain and enhance master data applications and UIs (e.g. Tivity).
Drive dashboards and advanced analytics for planning excellence and self-service insights.
Lead root-cause analysis of data issues and implement preventive solutions.
Define, monitor, and improve data governance frameworks and KPIs.
