Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead end-to-end operational planning for new programs, transfers and customer orders. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain, manage schedules, budgets and risks, and report progress to leadership while driving improvements in performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master’s or PMP/Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• 5-7 years of Program/Project management experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning for new programs, transfers and customer orders.
• Develop schedules from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, within scope, and within budget delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate orders into executable factory and supply chain plans.
• Track KPIs and production metrics, report progress to Operations Director, and implement corrective actions.
