Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years in semiconductor manufacturing, testing, or equipment support.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of test programs, yield issues, hardware and equipment faults.
• Proficiency in C++ and Java; Advantest V93000 experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for equipment installation, relocation, acceptance, upgrades, repairs, and field change orders.
• Troubleshoot test programs, hardware, yield, application, and production equipment issues.
• Recommend solutions to improve equipment performance, utilization, and production yield.
• Manage customer technical requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Support software licence management for local and global customers.
• Deliver service contract commitments according to required quality standards.
• Collaborate with Service Sales to identify service and solution opportunities.
• Provide technical feedback to the factory for product and performance improvements.
• Support or lead technical projects and factory automation integration.
• Advise customers on equipment efficiency, productivity, and manufacturing improvements.
