Job summary

Bosch Malaysia invites applications for a Facilities & Condition Monitoring (FCM) mechanical engineer role in Penang. You will provide technical support, update SOPs, and manage mechanical projects with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a relevant engineering degree and 3–5 years in facility engineering within manufacturing or semiconductor settings, with strong hands-on knowledge of LN2, air and vacuum systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Process Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant facility engineering experience in manufacturing or semiconductor facilities.
• Strong knowledge of LN2, compressed air and vacuum systems, with hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Technical support and guidance of FCM mechanical works and projects, update SOPs.
• Ensure mechanical systems design, installation, trouble shooting and maintenance meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead FCM mechanical project management with quality, cost control and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate safety checks for mechanical system maintenance and system safety.
• Define RFQ scope with customers and conduct acceptance tests after projects.
