Job summary

Adecco Portugal seeks a Facilities Project Engineer to lead end-to-end planning and execution of a fixed-term facilities project in a semiconductor back-end environment. You will coordinate FM engineering, operations, EHS, contractors, and providers to deliver scope, schedule, budget, and safety outcomes with minimal production disruption.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in advanced manufacturing, strong MEP knowledge, and proven leadership in multi-stakeholder settings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years PM experience in semiconductor or high-precision facilities.
• Experience with building infra, CSA, MEP systems, cleanrooms, and related utilities.
• Proficient in project management software and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong communication, planning, and risk mitigation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project management: feasibility, scope, budget, schedule, procurement, installation, commissioning, and close-out.
• Oversee facility modifications, tool hookups, cleanroom works, and MEP upgrades in semiconductor back-end processes.
• Develop integrated schedules aligned with production windows and contingencies.
• Manage risk assessments, EHS reviews, and change control documentation.
