Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage final machine integration, wiring, testing and debugging. You will set up and support semiconductor molding, trim & form, and sawing equipment while providing technical support to customers and internal teams.

Independent troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical/system issues is essential, along with supporting machine buy-off, FAT/SAT, demos and on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
• Willing to travel for customer support when required.
• Knowledge of system/tooling concepts and GD&T is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Final machine integration, installation, wiring, testing & debugging.
• Setup and support semiconductor molding, trim & form, and sawing equipment.
• Provide application and technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/system issues independently.
• Support machine buy-off, FAT/SAT, machine demo and customer site activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement and testing optimization projects.
