You will coordinate with design, construction, scheduling, and estimating resources to meet evolving factory requirements and business needs. The role requires a Bachelor's in a technical field and 5+ years in facilities or design management within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments, plus strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, project, design management in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Experience coordinating external A/E firms and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Ability to communicate across management levels in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Develop discipline scope and engineering solutions for construction projects.
• Coordinate with contract design, construction, scheduling, and estimating resources.
• Define design criteria and lead design concepts from concept through detailed design.
• Lead multidisciplinary design activities to align with schedule, budget and constructability.
• Ensure cost capture with estimators and adherence to project budgets.
• Share learnings with global counterparts and drive safety culture.
