Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Materials Science with 3+ years experience.
• Master's degree with 1+ years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in statistical process control methods and tools.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and process control.
• Technical expertise in equipment monitoring, adjustment, and process characterization.
• Preferred knowledge of DOE principles and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes for IC production.
• Conduct tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and defectivity.
• Recommend and implement process modifications to boost production efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with global teams to transfer and align equipment and parameters for ramp-ups.
• Manage maintenance and repair to ensure equipment readiness and reliability.
• Detect discrepancies in materials or activities to prevent excursions.
• Oversee equipment installation, conversion, and qualification with safety/quality standards.
• Provide training and mentorship to manufacturing teams.
