Job summary

VS Industry Bhd in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to lead the manufacturing lifecycle from order kick-off to customer buy-off. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering, project management, or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, plant layout, assembly operations, BOM management and ECN.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing lifecycle from order kick-off to customer buy-off.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality and suppliers to meet milestones and schedules.
• Ensure BOM accuracy, ECN implementation, and manufacturing documentation.
• Oversee assembly, testing to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency, productivity, quality and cost.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Support Industrial Engineering team to achieve departmental objectives and operational excellence.
