Job summary

Lumileds Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking Maintenance Technician I/II to operate and maintain production machinery for SMT, wire bond, die attach, pick-and-place and laser cut processes. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and perform routine PM to ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of semiconductor equipment experience and a Diploma in engineering or related field, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in semiconductor machine troubleshooting, maintenance, quality and safety control.
• Diploma in Engineering or related field is required.
• Field of Study: Any engineering with related field.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and production equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, setup, and 6S and routine preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or process-related issues.
• Spare part control and cost saving project.
• Ensure and build safety ergonomic factors into equipment.
