Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Electronics engineering.
• Fresh graduate or <2 years hands-on experience in semiconductor backend manufacturing, preferably package sawing/dicing.
• Knowledge of AMAT PVD and related chambers is desirable.
• Interest in equipment maintenance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain package sawing equipment to achieve high OEU and productivity.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for reliability.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Optimize machine parameters to improve yield, throughput, and OEU.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with Process, Manufacturing, Quality, and Production teams.
• Lead equipment qualification, installation, and process buy-off for new tools.
• Analyze performance data and develop action plans to improve MTBA and availability.
• Develop maintenance procedures, PM checklists, FMEA, and documentation.
• Support projects, cost-reduction initiatives, and safety/quality standards.
