Job summary

Texas Instruments in Melaka, Malaysia invites new graduates to join the Career Accelerator Program for Manufacturing Product Engineer. You will work with design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing to resolve product issues and drive process improvements.

This 12-month program provides hands-on training, on-the-job learning, and exposure to new product introductions and production support. You will participate in qualification and change management as part of TI's manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production issues at test floor and wafer probe.
• Provide detailed analytical studies and coordinate with product engineering team.
• Lead productivity improvement projects (yield, test time, insertion/removal).
• Support release of new products and perform buyoff per requirements.
• Lead introduction of new tools/equipment and manage change approvals.
