Hanodale Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) models for semiconductor and high-tech industrial projects. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to manage clashes, track model revisions, and ensure timely coordination across project milestones.

The role requires practical BIM coordination experience, proficiency with Autodesk Revit, and a disciplined approach to maintaining accurate model records and issue trackers.

Competenze

• Diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience in BIM, Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience; Open to work in Singapore.
• Practical experience in BIM modelling or BIM coordination.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and model review or clash detection tools.

Mansioni

• Collect, organise, and federate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist discipline models according to project requirements.
• Perform or support clash detection and model review sessions using designated BIM coordination tools.
• Review clash results, identify design discrepancies, and document clear, actionable coordination issues.
• Assign coordination issues to the relevant disciplines and monitor progress until closure.
• Maintain clash reports, issue registers, meeting minutes, model registers, and revision records.
• Verify that models and drawings reflect approved design changes and the latest project information.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and interface issues.
• Support model quality assurance, drawing and model consistency checks, and project submissions.
• Prepare coordination reports and escalate overdue or high-impact issues to the BIM Manager.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, naming conventions, model exchange schedules, file structures, and Common Data Environment (CDE) procedures.
• Support model reviews and site coordination queries when required.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and follow up promptly on outstanding coordination matters.
